Shipment

For an order value of 250.00 Euro or more we provide free delivery within Germany. For an order value below 250.00 Euro we charge a flat shipping fee of 6.90 Euro. Please refer to our delivery and payment conditions for the exact shipping cost to your country. 

We will ship your order within one working day. Should you require a modification or a custom made product the shipping time will be approximately 14 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your package has been shipped. 

All packages are shipped climate neutral via DHL. As a rule, your order is delivered within one or two days within Germany. DHL requires approximately two to four days for deliveries within the European Union.
